The American Oath Project
Protecting the Backbone of Democracy
The American Oath Project was created by experienced mediator and California civil trial and appellate lawyer Kevin K. Johnson, JD, and seeks to educate, unify, and empower the American people to take legal and civic action, guided by the spirit and principles of the United States Constitution. This book proposes the pursuit of civil lawsuits designed to end Mr. Trump's Presidential Employment Contract for both premeditated and ongoing, cumulative and coordinated breaches of the Presidential Oath of Office, and for committing "fraud in the inducement" by lying when he took the Oath.
Kevin K. Johnson
Kevin K. Johnson, MA, JD, is a civil trial and appellate lawyer, and mediator in California, who has negotiated with or litigated against major oil companies, national insurance carriers, regional and local governments, the State of California, and the U.S. Government. He has represented Fortune 500 Companies, served on non-profit boards, and is regularly active in organizing voter turnout efforts.
